Terms of Service

1. SHOPPING CART ITEM STATUS: Placing an available item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item. Available inventory is only assigned to your order after confirmation of payment.
2. SHIPPING TIME: Our staff receives your orders via email seconds after you place it. Our goal is to ship same or next business day. If shipping cost doesn't seem correct to you, contact us and we will so we may review the shipping.

COMBINED SHIPPING:
This site is not set up for automatic combined shipping. Contact us regarding combined shipping so we can to reduce your costs. We will automatically combine orders and refund overcharged shipping. Local customers may contact us to remove the shipping charges and arrange for pickup. We do not charge for packaging and attempt to charge actual shipping cost. We will refund a partial payment if you are overcharged for shipping.

Shipping calculators aren't always 100% accurate on any eCommerce web site. Please contact us if you think the shipping quote is not correct. If you should happen to overpay for a multiple items order, we will refund you excess shipping cost. We attempt to charge as close the the actual shipping cost as possible. Actual shipping will likely be different than you may have seen in Google Shopping.
